The midsole is made of FF BLAST+ foam which, together with the Pure Gel insert positioned under the heel, makes it reactive and cushioned. The sole has been updated with the implementation of ASICSGRIP anti-abrasion rubber positioned in the areas of greatest friction and with a notch that offers significantly better grip.
